Lovely flavours and great value with pilau rice (fragrant rice with cardamon and cumin, yum) and a papadam coming with all main dishes. It´s a more traditional flavoured Indian and slightly on the sweet side but portions are good sized and it arrived bang on time. Not the oiliest Indian take away we´ve had but it isn´t that light on oils either.. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Best Indian I've had in Brighton!! The curry was cooked perfect to my specifications and the naan was delicious. Only down side was that the chicken in the curry, although it was tasty, the chicken was dry and not as succulent as it should've been.. Would've been absolutely perfect apart from that but definitely will be ordering again .

This food is just fantastic. Can't recommend it enough. While it took 50 minutes to deliver you get the sense that every minute was used creating the delicate flavours. Note that most main courses come with rice and poppadum - so don't order extra (though they are kind enough to point this out if you phone them and try!) We love this food. Every dish a winner.

I love vondaloo. Here it has been brilliant, awful and on this occasion tasty but for some reason, sweet. That´s usually a sign the downhill slide of a curry house. Or it could be just the chef on that shift is rubbish. Sri India is usually very good but on this effort the bhajis were good, the rice was hardly bhasmati, just, well, yellow, and the vindaloo was sweet, so in my book poor.

veg samosas were good although they're on the small side, the butter chicken is very creamy and tastes fresh although very sweet with the coconut cream over-load, the pieces of chicken were very tender. the naan was a good size and fresh and the bombay potatoes very flavourful although not all the potatoes were cooked soft.

I always order vindaloo. In each of recent weeks they have been increasingly sweet so I emphasised at the time of ordering that I find this objectionable and to avoid it if possible. I guess it wasn´t as the curry was very sweet. So, without a guarantee, I doubt that shall be using Sri India in future.
